SEI Mining Investment is an equipment and spares supplier at 21 Josiah Tongogara Rd, Kadoma, Zimbabwe. This policy explains how we handle information you share through this website, WhatsApp and phone.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, optional email and message. When you check out via WhatsApp, your order details and WhatsApp number are shared with us through WhatsApp.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, confirm stock and prices, process payment, and arrange collection or delivery. We do not sell or rent your information.
Service providers
Contact form messages are delivered through Web3Forms. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Maps are provided by Google Maps. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Payments
EcoCash payments are verified on our main line (+263 78 346 1715). We do not store card or mobile-money PINs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the sale, after-sales support and ordinary business records.
